Tier 3 Firms

Firms competing in Tier 3 have 2-10 alumni employed and are aiming for Super Star Firm Status. This status is achieved when 100% of alumni at the firm participate and Gold Star Status is reached, meaning all alumni partners make a leadership gift of $1,000 or more.
